EH

Well I have decided I do not know what to do. Lol I honestly think if I just eat healthier and exercise I would not have such a problem with my weight. I'm going to put my weigh ins up here. Just so we're aware when I started this journey, I began at 159 pounds on May 6th of this year. I should write down what I eat. But I feel like if I know someone is reading this I would post what I have been eating more frequently and be more interested in doing so. I sort of feel like no one is reading this But I am going to check the page views and comments would be appreciated. let me know I am accountable to someone other than myself or a doctor! Thank you!!!!
